About

Phoenix healing

Born from the fire of our own healing journeys, and inspired by the spirit of our daughter Phoenix, this work began as a call to create spaces where people could be held with the depth, care, and integrity we once longed for ourselves.
At Phoenix Healing, we are a family-oriented practice devoted to creating safe and transformative spaces where individuals can embark on profound healing journeys. Guided by the values of connection, care, and community, our work is rooted in the belief that true transformation happens when people feel supported, seen, and empowered.

As a family business, we approach healing with the care and connection that comes from our shared values. We believe in bringing people full circle on their journeys — supporting not only the initial transformative experience, but also the integration that follows.

Through our work, we honour the cycles of growth and transformation, creating a space where individuals feel held and empowered as they step into new chapters of their lives.
At Phoenix Healing, you’re not just a client — you are part of a growing community rooted in love, respect, and healing.

Phoenix Healing is more than a retreat centre — it is a living container for transformation.

The Founders

Stacey’s Story

Stacey has walked the long road of healing not as an idea, but as lived experience etched into her bones. Her work today is rooted in nearly twenty years of soul practice, guided by the principles of systemic therapy, NLP, psychology, and the timeless intelligence of ritual. Through Phoenix Healing, she offers retreats, women’s circles, one-to-one integration and coaching, and private ceremonies that weave systemic insight with ancestral wisdom, guiding others toward remembrance, release, and reconnection with the essence of life itself.

Her path into this work was not born from study alone. Stacey’s early life was marked by trauma, including childhood sexual abuse, and later by years of addiction and deep emotional pain. She faced moments where life itself felt too heavy to carry including suicidal despair and it was through those dark passages that the seeds of her purpose were planted.

The turning point came through her own healing: systemic therapy, ritual, and the transformative encounters with plant medicine. Through these gateways, she began to meet her pain not as an enemy, but as a teacher.

Over time, what began as survival became devotion to truth, to healing, and to helping others reclaim their lives.

As a Medicine Facilitator of Ayahuasca and Kambo, Stacey has undergone extensive training and traditional initiations, earning respect among indigenous elders and peers alike. Her qualifications in psychology, social care, bio-emotional decoding, and systemic rituals allow her to bridge modern understanding with ancestral wisdom, bringing both structure and soul into the spaces she holds.

Stacey’s passion is creating spaces where people can meet themselves fully  in retreat, in ceremony, and in the quiet moments of integration. Her work is about helping others release inherited pain, restore belonging, and remember who they truly are.

As the founder of Phoenix Healing, Stacey is devoted to building a community grounded in integrity, compassion, and authentic transformation a space where people are reminded that healing is not about becoming someone new, but remembering the wholeness that was never lost.

Gerard’s Story

Gerard’s path is one of profound transformation, a journey from struggle to service, from darkness to purpose. His life once revolved around martial arts, fitness, and his trade as an electrician, yet beneath the surface lived years of addiction, depression, and a suicide attempt that brought him face-to-face with his own mortality. That descent into shadow became the threshold of renewal—the moment his healing began, awakening his calling to help others rise through presence, resilience, and compassionate self-awareness.

The doorway opened through his encounter with the medicines of Ayahuasca, Kambo, and Bufo. These experiences stripped away old identities and awakened something ancient and alive within him  a sense of purpose, a calling to help others find their own way home to themselves.

Gerard is now known for the steadiness and heart he brings to his work. He facilitates one-to-one Bufo ceremonies where individuals are guided through deep release, clarity, and renewal. He also offers breathwork and cold-water therapy, supporting people in reconnecting with their bodies, restoring resilience, and remembering the strength that lives within.

Alongside his work with medicine, Gerard has trained in systemic therapy and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), deepening his understanding of the human mind and the patterns that shape behaviour. His approach integrates psychological insight with embodied practice, offering those he supports a grounded and holistic path to transformation.

He has been mentored by Bufo facilitators from the Seri tribe of the Sonoran Desert, learning through their ways of prayer, song, and fire. His work honours the lineage and the medicine, while shaping it into safe and respectful spaces for modern healing.

As the founder of Phoenix Healing, Gerard has not only shaped its vision but also quite literally built it  every wall, every fire pit, every quiet corner of the land carries his hands and his heart. His work is infused with care, presence, and authenticity, creating an environment where people feel safe, seen, and supported.

From pain to purpose, Gerard’s life stands as a testament to what becomes possible when we face our darkness with courage. At Phoenix Healing, he walks beside others with strength, humility, and compassion  holding space for transformation, truth, and the return to wholeness.

What People Are Saying

Stacey and Ger are truly beautiful and heart centered people. In my time spent on retreat with Phoenix Healing they held such a safe, supportive space with reverence and humility. There was time for smiles, tears and powerful gentleness. I am so very grateful to have found their place of healing to help me on my inner.

Ger and Stacey are two of the most genuine humans ever to human. They hold space with care, consideration and compassion. There are not enough words in this dimension to articulate the power of the experience. The setting is amazing, their vision and creativity is warm and homely. I cannot express this enough… Míle buíochas ó bun mo chroí agus doimhneacht m’anam.

I’ve had some amazing retreats and ceremonies with Phoenix Healing over the past few years. As for retreat centres in Ireland Phoenix are up there as one of the best. The facilitators are genuine, the space is beautiful, and the entire process of a retreat there has been refined to an art and there’s the sense they’re always evolving and learning.

Stacey and Ger are extremely experienced and have a unique way in facilitating the healing process while being the most down to earth people in the healing world. Thank you for sharing your fabulous, unique home with me.

Where the Wound Begins

The wound never begins where we think it does. Many imagine trauma as something loud. A breaking. A moment clearly marked in memory. But for many of us, it began in the quiet.
