Phoenix Healing
is a living body of work rooted in ancestral wisdom, family, land, community, learning, integration, and the deep intelligence of life itself.
People come here at many different points in their journey. Some come when life is asking them to change. Some come to prepare for a meaningful threshold. Some come to understand what they have already lived through. Some come to reconnect with their body, their heart, their people, and their purpose. Some come to grieve. Some come to learn. Some come to celebrate life again.
At the heart of it is a simple invitation: to live with more truth. Not only in moments of retreat, but in everyday life. In how you speak. How you love. How you parent. How you listen. How you choose, and how you walk forward.
"This work was not created from a business idea. It was born from life. From motherhood and fatherhood. From grief and devotion. From learning and responsibility. From the long road of becoming more honest about what it means to heal, to live well, and to carry what matters with care."
Our Story
Phoenix Healing is held by Stacey and Gerard, together with their family, their home, and the land that carries this work.
The space is named after their daughter, Phoenix. Her life, her passing, and the love that continues beyond loss are woven into the name and spirit of this work. Phoenix Healing carries her memory not as something frozen in grief, but as a living reminder of love, rebirth, courage, and the choice to keep walking toward life.
This work was not created from a business idea. It was born from life. From motherhood and fatherhood. From grief and devotion. From learning and responsibility. From the long road of becoming more honest about what it means to heal, to live well, and to carry what matters with care.
Stacey holds the heart and vision of Phoenix Healing.
Long before she began travelling to Brazil and Peru to learn within these medicine traditions, Stacey worked for almost a decade in youth work and social care. This gave her a grounded understanding of young people, family systems, trauma, protection, responsibility, and the real conditions people need in order to feel supported through change.
For the last seven years, Stacey has worked with plant medicine. In recent years this path has taken her to Brazil and Peru, where she continues to learn through direct relationship, repeated return, listening, and respect for the indigenous communities and lineage holders connected to these traditions.
She brings that grounding into her work in mental health support, systemic therapy, integration, shamanic practice, ancestral wisdom, and deep personal healing — rooted in the body, the family field, and the wisdom carried by those who came before us. Stacey supports people to listen more honestly to what they carry, understand the patterns shaping their lives, and return to themselves with more truth, responsibility, and compassion.
Gerard brings steadiness, depth, and grounded presence to Phoenix Healing.
Over more than a decade, his own path has taken him into direct relationship with indigenous communities across Brazil, Peru, and Mexico. Years of travel, return, and quiet apprenticeship shaped his understanding of these lineages long before he held space for anyone else. That same steadiness is what he now brings to the people he supports.
His background includes education and training in addiction support, breathwork, systemic practice, and personal development, with years of experience working with addiction, recovery, behaviour patterns, and the deeper human stories that live beneath them. Ger supports people to reconnect with the body, meet themselves with more honesty, and understand the patterns that shape relationships, choices, recovery, and change. His presence is also woven through the land, the fire, the practical care, and the many unseen details that let people feel welcomed, safe, and supported.
Together, Stacey and Gerard hold Phoenix Healing as a family, a home, a place of learning, and a living body of work.
It is a place where grief and joy are both welcome at the table. Where people are not asked to perform healing, but invited to live more honestly — to come back to the body, remember their people, listen to life, meet what is ready to change, and grow into a fuller way of living.
Words from those who have walked with us
Stacey and Ger are truly beautiful and heart centered people. In my time spent on retreat with Phoenix Healing they held such a safe, supportive space with reverence and humility. There was time for smiles, tears and powerful gentleness. I am so very grateful to have found their place of healing to help me on my inner.

Ger and Stacey are two of the most genuine humans ever to human. They hold space with care, consideration and compassion. There are not enough words in this dimension to articulate the power of the experience. The setting is amazing, their vision and creativity is warm and homely. I cannot express this enough… Míle buíochas ó bun mo chroí agus doimhneacht m’anam.

I’ve had some amazing retreats and ceremonies with Phoenix Healing over the past few years. As for retreat centres in Ireland Phoenix are up there as one of the best. The facilitators are genuine, the space is beautiful, and the entire process of a retreat there has been refined to an art and there’s the sense they’re always evolving and learning.
